Katherine Jean Bolduan, also popularly known as Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. Her most famous role is anchorwoman for CNN's morning program At This Hour. She previously co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan was one of CNN s award-winning coverage of the presidential 2012 and 2016 election. She has also served as a congressional correspondent based at Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan, as member of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congressional cycles as well as congress events including negotiations to raise the loan limit for federal government as well as the Super Committee's deliberations. Her work on general assignments has included stories about The Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the stimulus program by the government in 2009.
