Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief People Officer at Learning Ally, responsible for managing the entire aspect of our People, Talent and Culture processes. Annmarie Fairweather is a seasoned Human Resources leader, brings 30 years of expertise in the field. She's worked with leaders across a variety of sectors, helping them to improve their businesses, particularly when they are experiencing rapid expansion. She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into enterprise-wide goals and plans for strategic planning through the management of performance and organizational processes employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as managing change. She is passionate about learning, and believes that leadership and team building as the greatest advantage. The experience she has gained working with Fortune 500, small companies as well as mid-sized companies has enabled in creating cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie has been inspired to donate her talent and energy to help aid in the mission of Learning Ally. In her spare time she provides assistance to several non-profit organisations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talent in support of Learning Ally's work.
