Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, when she gave up the sport of gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Professional Card within a year. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. The year 2015 saw her continue the same path as she did in the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for many years and set new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) when she won in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to get her college degree. In October of 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In June of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in her Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations going in and was thrilled by her performance. There is no doubt that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel enjoys working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
